Mantras
Mantras are sound healing powerhouses.
The mantras here are in Sanskrit. Thousands of years old, Sanskrit is one of the oldest known/recorded languages. Sanskrit is an energy based language, meaning that the syllables of the Sanskrit language were chosen by the way each syllable’s frequency affected the body’s energy centers. Words built from the syllables were constructed to intentionally engage certain energy centers for specific reasons during the recitation. Chanting these mantras feeds your energy centers directly and invokes the collective power surrounding each mantra from thousands of years of being chanted with specific intention.
