Transformational Sound Journeys: Virtual
Individual Sound Experiences
Sound alone is wonderful. But sound plus intention is where the magic happens.
We will meet together virtually over Zoom. Ideally, you’ll be relaxed in your comfort zone in a place where you can lay down and be at ease. Before we being making sounds, we’ll explore your whole state of wellbeing and your intention for our work. I’ll offer to draw a card for you and will include its interpretation in your recap. At the end of the session, we’ll discuss specific sounds you can use to support your well-being. I will follow up with an email that includes a recap and some complementary sound recordings for your sound self-care.

This is the recommended starting place for new clients, or those who want a long or deep exploration through sound.
This extended session provides additional time for us to get to know one another, discuss your intake forms, intention and expectations.

75 min | $75
This is length is great for those who are fairly new to transformative sound or spiritual practice, or for those who want to relax with sound for more than an hour!
This includes time at the beginning and end to connect on intention, core concepts and next steps with plenty of time for the healing sounds.

60 min | $55
This session length is recommended for those who are familiar with sound healing and spiritual practice.
We will continue work on your already established healing intention, and fine-tune next steps as needed.
If you are a new client, but can’t commit to a longer session, we can still make this work. Just be aware that a portion of our session will be dedicate to talking. So there may be less time for sounds. Thank you!

Group Sound Experiences
Sound Sanctuary: Virtual
60 min | $15 per person flat rate
Sound Sanctuary is offered at 3 different time slots on select days to offer a restorative, 60-minute sound bath as a break in busy schedules. Up to 10 people may attend virtually. Each individual must register separately.
Next Sound Sanctuary Dates: TBD
Time slots: Morning (10:15-11:15), Lunch (12-1), Late Afternoon (1:45-2:45)

I’m happy to join your group, or event virtually to provide healing sounds.
Healing sounds are particularly lovely to accompany yoga nidra or meditation classes. I vocally tone and have several instruments that I can play over a shared virutal meeting space including Tibetan singing bowls, a celtic harp, monochord, chimes and drums.
